CHRISTMAS TREES
Precision Helicopters is based in the heart of the Christmas tree industry. Each year, Oregon produces more than 6 million Christmas trees that are distributed throughout the world.
The majority of these trees begin their journey to your house via a brief scenic aerial tour slung under a helicopter!
Our experienced pilots have a special place in their hearts for this type of work. It is fast-paced, challenging flying which hones their skills and requires the utmost concentration to be able to deliver
our customers’ safe, efficient flying services. The MD500 is best suited for this job since it has nimble maneuvering characteristics, a large power-to-weight ratio and relatively low maintenance requirements in harsh field environments.
Precision Helicopters is an FAA Part 133 Certificated Operator limited to Class
A, B & C loads.
